Privacy

The short version: you can read the leaderboards without an account. We count how many people read which page, and nothing in that counting identifies you or follows you from one day to the next. If you sign in, we keep the minimum needed to run points and rewards.

If you never sign in

We store one thing: a cookie recording that you confirmed your age, so you are not asked on every page. It holds no identity, just the fact that the question was answered, and it expires after six months.

If you sign in with Twitch

Twitch tells us, and we store:

Your Twitch user id, login and display name.
Your Twitch avatar URL.
When your account was created here and when you were last seen.

Then, as you use the site:

Your points ledger: every award, spend and refund, with a reason and a date.
Your reward redemptions and any note you attached to them.
Your predictions, bonus hunt guesses and watch time.
If you claim a casino account: the username you typed and its masked form. The masked form is what other people can see; the claim exists so an admin can verify it once.

What we never have

Your Twitch password. Sign-in happens on Twitch; we only receive the result.
Your casino password, balance, deposits or withdrawals.
Any payment details. No money moves on this site.
Your email address, unless you give it to Aircool directly to receive a reward.

What other people can see

Your display name, avatar and points-related activity are public where the feature is public: the rewards ticker, bonus hunt results once a hunt is settled, the slot queue. Your bonus hunt guess stays hidden until the hunt locks, so nobody can copy it. Your claimed casino username is never shown; only its masked form is.

Who processes it

Our database and sign-in provider, hosted in the United States. It holds everything in the list above.
Our hosting provider. It sees the usual request logs, including IP addresses, and tells us only the country your request came from, which is used to apply jurisdiction rules. It also does the page counting described below.
Twitch, the identity provider and the source of stream events like channel point redemptions and predictions.

If you need those companies named, ask and you will be told. They are not listed here on purpose: naming the pieces a site is built from is an invitation to people looking for a way in.

We do not sell your data, and there is no advertising anywhere on this site.

Counting visits

We count page views, so we know which parts of the site are worth keeping. Our hosting provider does the counting, and it works without cookies: nothing is stored in your browser, and the identifier it uses to avoid counting one person twice is derived fresh each day and cannot be turned back into you. What we get out of it is how many people read a page and roughly where in the world they were, never who they were.

Two actions are counted the same way: copying the referral code, and following the link to a casino. That is the whole point of the site, so we want to know how often it happens. What gets recorded is that it happened and which casino, never who did it.

Pages behind the admin login are not counted at all, because their addresses can contain a player’s name.

Getting it deleted

Ask Aircool or the site operator and your account and its history will be removed. It is handled by hand rather than with a button, because the points ledger is append-only and unwinding one properly is worth a human doing it. Ask and it gets done; you do not have to give a reason.

Deleting your account here does not close any casino account and does not self-exclude you from anything. See Responsible gambling for that.

Cookies

The age confirmation described above.
A sign-in session cookie, if you sign in. It is what keeps you signed in between pages.

That is all of them. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, and the visit counting above does not add one.
